Apple-Noodle Kugel image

6 cups cooked yolk-free wide egg noodles
1 large tart apple, thinly sliced (1 1/2 cups)
1/2 cup raisins or other chopped dried fruit
1 carton (8 oz) fat-free egg product (1 cup)
1 cup fat-free cottage cheese
1 container (6 oz) Yoplait® Original yogurt French vanilla
1/4 cup honey or sugar
1 teaspoon cornstarch
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 350°F. Spray 13x9-inch (3-quart) glass baking dish with cooking spray. Spoon noodles in pan. Top with apple and raisins.
  • In blender or food processor, place all remaining ingredients. Cover; blend on medium speed until blended. Pour over noodles in pan.
  • Bake uncovered about 1 hour or until light brown and center is set.
