I'm not a big fan of spinach, but I loved this salad. The apples and strawberries really balance out the bitterness of the spinach.

The dressing is a bit too sweet for my taste, but the salad itself is delicious. I would recommend using less sugar in the dressing next time.

This salad is a delightful burst of flavors and textures. The sweet crunch of apples and strawberries pairs perfectly with the peppery bite of spinach. The dressing is a tangy, sweet, and slightly nutty complement to the salad.
