This cake is a great way to use up leftover applesauce. It's also a great make-ahead breakfast or snack. I like to make a double batch and freeze half for later.

I'm not a big fan of applesauce, but I decided to give this recipe a try anyway. I was pleasantly surprised! The applesauce added a subtle sweetness and moisture to the cake. I'll definitely be making it again.

I had high hopes for this recipe, but I was disappointed. The cake was bland and lacked flavor. I won't be making it again.

This cake was a bit too dry for my taste. I think I might try adding some extra applesauce or yogurt next time.
