1 tablespoon garlic, minced
1 shallot, coarsely chopped
1 tablespoon olive oil
4 ounces baby bella mushrooms, sliced
12 ounces marinated artichoke hearts
3 ounces baby spinach leaves
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon italian seasoning

Steps:

  • Saute garlic, shallot and mushrooms in oil until mushrooms are browned. Add artichoke hearts, pepper and seasoning; saute for 3-5 minutes. Add spinach; saute and stir until wilted. Serve hot.
