Steps:
- 1. Place ricotta and goat cheese in the bowl of a stand mixer and whip until completely combined, light and fluffy. About 1 minute.
- 2. Turn mixer on low and add salt, pepper, garlic, onion, thyme and baby chives. Scrape down sides when needed to mix thoroughly.
- 3. Place in serving bowl or individual ramekins, chill for at least 30 minutes & garnish with a bit of minced baby chives or chopped flat leaf parsley. Enjoy!
