This is my kind of comfort food-a very untradtional but flavorful way to prepare risotto. Lots of shrimp, with garlic, ginger, pine nuts and cilantro. Risotto goes Pacific Rim! Adapted from a recipe from a local grocery store.

This risotto was delicious! I used a mix of wild mushrooms and it was so flavorful. The rice was cooked perfectly and the sauce was creamy and rich. I will definitely be making this again!

This risotto was a bit bland for my taste. I added some extra salt and pepper and it was still just okay. I wouldn't make this again.
