Asparagus Appetizers image

My mother-in-law used to make these at her cocktail parties. There were never any left. I use them even as an appetizer when entertaining just one other couple. The nice thing is that you can take out just the amount you want. Although, be careful... I have one friend that could eat them all herself! Enjoy!

The asparagus appetizers were a bit too oily for my liking. I would recommend using less olive oil or cooking them for a shorter amount of time.
