Ok, this is one of the EASIEST dinners I have made in a loooong time! I just was not in the mood to cook a big meal one night, as we have been getting ready for another "attempt" at a yard sale. Soooo, I threw this together in about 10 minutes and it was DELICIOUS! Kiddo had a second helping......WOO HOO!

Steps:
- 1. Assemble potatoes according to package directions for oven baking. Before you put potatoes in the oven, add your meat and vegetables, and stir gently. I used ground beef this time. I left the vegetables out of them in this one. (I know, I know....bad mommy!) lol
- 2. Bake in 350*F oven till potatoes are tender; approximately 25 - 30 minutes.

[email protected]I'm not sure what I did wrong, but my au gratin casserole turned out watery and bland. I followed the recipe exactly, but it just didn't come out right. I think I'll try a different recipe next time.

[email protected]This was okay, but I've had better au gratin casseroles. The sauce was a little too thick and the potatoes were a bit undercooked. I think I'll try a different recipe next time.
