Found this super easy Key Lime Pie Recipe in a cookbook entitled "A Taste of Florida" by: Dorothy Chapman. This recipe comes from the City of Port Orange and from a restaurant named Aunt Catfish's. It contains no eggs so no need to bake! :) It is also super rich so feel free to make mini tarts instead of huge pies! Enjoy! :)

Steps:
- 1. Combine milk & key lime juice.
- 2. Pour Mixture into pie shell.
- 3. Put pie into freezer until shortly before serving.
- 4. Remove pie from freezer to soften slightly and top with whipped cream and/or Key Lime zest.
