Aunt Catfish's Key Lime Pie (No Bake) image

Found this super easy Key Lime Pie Recipe in a cookbook entitled "A Taste of Florida" by: Dorothy Chapman. This recipe comes from the City of Port Orange and from a restaurant named Aunt Catfish's. It contains no eggs so no need to bake! :) It is also super rich so feel free to make mini tarts instead of huge pies! Enjoy! :)

The crust was a bit too crumbly for my taste, but the filling was delicious.

I found this recipe to be a bit too tart for my taste. I think I would have preferred a sweeter filling.

I'm not a huge fan of key lime pie, but this recipe is pretty good. The filling is tart and refreshing, and the crust is nice and flaky.

This pie is a great way to use up leftover key limes. I also like that it's a no-bake pie, so it's perfect for hot summer days.
