[email protected]This salad was a disappointment. The avocado was not ripe and the endive was tough. The dressing was also bland. I would not recommend this salad.

[email protected]I'm not a big fan of endive, but I thought this salad was really good. The avocado and dressing really helped to balance out the bitterness of the endive. I would definitely make this salad again.

[email protected]Overall, I thought this salad was pretty good. It was easy to make and the ingredients were fresh. I would have liked the dressing to be a bit more flavorful, but that's just my personal preference. I would definitely make this salad again.

[email protected]This salad was a bit bland for my taste. I think it needed more seasoning, or maybe a different dressing. The avocado and endive were good, but I think the salad would have been better with some other ingredients added in.

[email protected]The avocado and endive salad was easy to make and very tasty. I used a lemon vinaigrette dressing, which I think complemented the flavors of the avocado and endive well. I would definitely recommend this salad to others.
