Steps:
- 1. In a bowl, whisk flour, flax-seed, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. 2. In another bowl, whisk buttermilk, egg, and mashed banana. Pour wet ingredients into dry ones; mix only just until moistened. 3. Spray grill/pan well on medium and drop pancake batter on pan. Arrange 3 or 4 banana slices on uncooked side. Cook until no longer runnny. Can top with remaining slices.
