Steps:
- 1. BRING THE SUGAR AND KARO SYRUP JUST TO A BOIL. Turn off.
- 2. Add Peanut Butter. Stir will.
- 3. Add Rice Krispies. Stir well Spread in a 9X13" pan.
- 4. Melt the chocolate chips and butterscotch chips in microwave. Spread on bars. Let set for an hour or so before cutting. Great summer bars.
