Baby's Baked Bean Mash image

Your baby will probably be ready to cope with beans at about 9 months. This is high in iron. Can be frozen or stored in the fridge for 3 days.

3 medium potatoes, peeled and cut into chunks
1 (130 g) can vegetarian low-sodium baked beans

Steps:

  • Steam, microwave or boil potatoes until soft.
  • Drain and then mash potatoes with the baked beans.
