Steps:
- Combine the iced tea, lemon juice and 2 cups water in a pitcher. Add some Simple Syrup to taste (save the rest for another use) and stir. Stir in the bourbon and serve over ice.
- Combine the sugar with 1 cup water in a small saucepan over medium heat and stir. Bring to a boil, then remove from heat and let cool completely.
