Steps:
- 1. Preheat broiler;to make sauce, in a bowl, stir together marmalade, chile, green onions, cilantro, olive oil and salt and pepper to taste.
- 2. Wrap each shrimp in section of bacon and secure with toothpick. Put shrimp on baking sheet and broil, turning once, til bacon is crisp and shrimp are cooked through, 2 to 3 minutes per side.
- 3. Arrange on platter and serve at once with spicy orange sauce or your favorite dipping sauce. makes 8 servings.
