This recipe looks delicious, but I'm allergic to almonds. Do you think I could substitute another nut, like walnuts or pecans?

I tried this recipe and it was a disaster! The apricots were mushy and the almond topping was too hard. I'm not sure what went wrong.

I'm not a huge fan of apricots, but these baked apricots were actually really good! The almond topping was the perfect complement to the tartness of the apricots.

These baked apricots were a delightful treat! The almond topping added a perfect crunch and flavor to the soft, juicy apricots. I also loved the hint of cinnamon and nutmeg in the topping.
