Steps:
- Preheat broiler and Pam a baking dish
- Heat oil in med skillet over medium heat
- Add onion, garlic and oregano and cook until soft, about 5 min
- Add tomatoes, cook 7 min more, then add honey & capers
- Season with salt & pepper
- Heat broiler & lightly oil a shallow baking dish
- Heat oil in a medium skillet over medium heat.
- Add onion, garlic & oregano; cook until onion is soft about 5 min
- Add tomatoes; cook for 7 min more
- Add honey, & capers; season with salt & pepper
- Steam cauliflower for about 5 min.
- Set it into baking dish with tomato mixture
- Squeeze lemon juice & sprinkle feta over top
- Place 5-6" under broiler until sauce is bubbly & cheese begins to brown, about 10 min.
- Garnish with parsley and serve
