I love string cheese and these cheese balls are so easy to make and are baked insteaad of fried.

- 1. cut string cheese logs into bite sized pieces
- 2. dip in milk
- 3. coat with breadcrumbs
- 4. bake at 400 degrees for 8 to 10 minutes until browned and cheese is ssquishy
