Steps:
- 1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Spray a 13x9 inch rectangular pan with cooking spray.
- 2. Combine the evaporated milk and mustard in a shallow bowl.
- 3. Mix bread crumbs and cheese in another shallow bowl.
- 4. Dip chicken into the milk mixture on both sides.
- 5. Then dip in the crumb mixture.
- 6. Place into the prepared dish.
- 7. Bake for 15 - 20 minutes or until chicken is golden brown and the inside is no longer pink.
