1/4 cup butter
1 cup Ritz cracker crumbs
1/4 cup parmesan cheese
1 tablespoon garlic salt
2 eggs
4 pork chops

Steps:

  • Place butter in baking dish.
  • Combine cracker crumbs, Parmesan cheese, and garlic salt.
  • stir egg to a smooth liquid.
  • Coat chops in crumbs.
  • dip in egg and again in crumbs.
  • Bake 30 minutes at 400° turning over chops half way through.
