Could be better. This baked salmon dijonnaise had potential, but it fell short. The salmon was a bit dry, and the Dijon sauce lacked flavor. With some tweaks, this recipe could be really good.

Meh. This baked salmon dijonnaise was just okay. The salmon was cooked properly, but the Dijon sauce was too tangy for my taste. I probably won't make this again.

Not worth it. This baked salmon dijonnaise was a waste of time and ingredients. The salmon was overcooked, and the Dijon sauce was gloppy. I definitely won't be making this again.
