It is a wonton filled with cream cheese, jalapeno, onion, salmon, and chili powder. My husband thought it sounded weird, but then ate one and loved them!

I'm not a big fan of salmon, but I really enjoyed these wontons. The salmon was flaky and moist, and the wonton wrappers were crispy and flavorful. I would definitely make these again.
