Balsamic Asparagus image

My Dad loves asparagus and this is his favorite way to eat it. It's so easy and super tasty.

Number Of Ingredients 5

1 bunch fresh asparagus, trimmed
2 Tbsp butter
1 Tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp balsamic vinegar
salt and pepper, to taste

Steps:

  • 1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
  • 2. Arrange asparagus in a glass baking dish and spray generously with nonstick spray. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • 3. Bake in preheated oven for about 12 minutes or until tender crisp.
  • 4. Meanwhile, melt butter in saucepan over medium heat. Remove from heat and stir in soy sauce and balsamic vinegar. Pour over baked asparagus before serving.
