Banana & Chocolate Chip Ice-Cream image

This is a nice way to use up overripe bananas and have a fairly healthy treat ready for the kids. It has no sugar & is low fat. Diabetics should substitute carob for the chocolate buttons. Keeps for about 1 week. (Cooking time is freezing time)

I'm not a big fan of bananas, but this ice cream was actually really good. I'll definitely be making it again.

This ice cream is really easy to make, but it's not as flavorful as I thought it would be.

I followed the recipe exactly, but my ice cream didn't turn out as creamy as I expected. I'm not sure what I did wrong.
