2 bananas
lemon juice (a squeeze)
1/2 cup chilled milk
2 tablespoons sugar
2 tablespoons powdered milk
2 tablespoons cream
10 almonds, crushed

Steps:

  • Peel and mash the bananas.
  • Add lemon juice.
  • Blend with chilled milk, milk powder, cream, sugar and almonds.
  • Thin down with crushed ice.
  • Serve at once.
