1 1/2 bananas, peeled, cut into 1/2-inch rounds, frozen
1 cup light (1%) soy milk
1 cup ice cubes
1 tablespoon honey
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Steps:

  • Combine all ingredients in blender. Blend until smooth. Pour into 2 glasses and serve immediately.
