1 large ripe banana, cut into pieces
1/2 c sugar
1 Tbsp corn starch

2/3 c light rum
1/4 c creme de cacao
1 tsp vanilla
2 c half and half, chilled

This was a great recipe! I used almond milk instead of regular milk and it turned out just as good.

I didn't have any nutmeg on hand, so I used cinnamon instead. It was still delicious!

This banana nog is a bit too sweet for my taste. I think I'll try reducing the amount of sugar next time.
