Banana Raspberry Smoothie image

This has lots of good for you stuff, with some peanut butter for protein and optional nutritional yeast.

1 cup plain low-fat yogurt (or vanilla yogurt can be subbed)
1/2 cup apple juice
1/4 cup natural-style peanut butter
1 banana, cut up
1 cup frozen raspberries
1 -2 teaspoon honey
1 -2 teaspoon nutritional yeast (optional)
ice cube

Steps:

  • Add all ingredients to a blender and blend on high until smooth.
  • Add ice cubes to your "taste" to make it thicker.
