Banana Smoothie II image

A yummy banana smoothie that's great for breakfast.

1 banana
1 cup cold milk
1 egg
1 tablespoon wheat germ
1 tablespoon honey
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
¼ teaspoon ground nutmeg

Steps:

  • In a blender, combine banana, milk, egg, wheat germ, honey, vanilla and nutmeg. Blend until smooth. Pour into a chilled glass and serve.
