Steps:
- Combine butter, sugar and bananas in a large bowl. Beat with electric mixer until blended. Beat in eggs, then sour cream. Fold in sifted dry ingredients, stirring just to blend. Fill muffin tins ¾'s full. Bake at 350F, for 25 minutes or until golden brown.
