This casserole is a great way to use up leftover chicken. It's also a great meal to make ahead of time. I like to make it on the weekend and then reheat it during the week for dinner.

I'm not a big fan of barley, but this casserole was surprisingly good. The chicken was moist and flavorful, and the barley was cooked perfectly. I would definitely make this again.

This recipe was a disaster! The chicken was dry and the barley was mushy. I won't be making this again.

This casserole was a bit bland for my taste. I think I'll add some more herbs and spices next time.
