I'm not usually a fan of passion fruit, but this cocktail was delicious. The coconut milk mellowed out the tartness of the passion fruit and made it really enjoyable.

I made this recipe last night and it was a hit! My guests loved it. The only thing I changed was that I used frozen passion fruit instead of fresh. It worked out just fine.
