I'm not sure what went wrong, but my pork chops turned out tough and chewy. The sauce was also bland.

The pork chops were a bit dry, but the sauce was delicious. I will try again with a different cut of pork.

This recipe was easy to follow and the pork chops were cooked to perfection. The sauce was a bit too salty for my taste, but overall it was a good dish.
