B.B.Q. POLISH SAUSAGE.
WHEN I WAS A YOUNG BRIDE (35+ YEARS AGO) SOME FRIENDS DROPED BY , AND STAYING LONGER THAN EXPECTED I NEEDED A QUICK MEAL. Not having much on hand I CAME UP WITH THIS SIMPLE DISH . It was a hit with everyone. Over the years I have made it for pot lucks and family dinners, I never have left overs.

Steps:
- 1. place polish sausage in a baking dish, add onions, peppers on top of sausage, add b.b.q. sauce over all.
- 2. place foil over dish to cover pan, place in oven at 350 for 30 minutes.
- 3. take out of over let stand 5 minutes, place on hot dog buns and enjoy.
