Steps:
- Cook noodles, rinse and drain.
- Brown meat in oil.
- Stir in tomato sauce and worcestershire sauce.
- Combine cottage cheese, cream cheese, sour cream, onions, pepper, then beat.
- Spread half of noodles in a 2-quart greased casserole or baking dish.
- Build layers of cheese, meat, and noodles until all are used or casserole is filled.
- Pour butter over top, sprinkle with parmesan cheese and bake in a 350 degree oven for 30 minutes.
- Let stand about 10 minutes before serving.
