Steps:
- 1. In large owl, combine soy sauce, water, sugar, honey, mirin and garlic. Add sliced beef; toss to combine. Cover and refrigerate at least 30minutes or up to 24 hours.
- 2. Grease the grill and preheat to medium-high. Thread beef onto skewers, being careful not to pack too closely.
- 3.Grill skewers about 3-4 minutes per side until beef is nicely charred. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and scallions. Serve with lettuce leaves as wrappers, bell pepper and cucumbers as filling.
