6 ripe bananas
1/2 cup lemon juice
1/4 teaspoon vanilla
3 tablespoons brown sugar
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 425*F. Place peeled bananas in a baking pan. Cover each with lemon juice and vanilla. Sprinkle each banana with brown sugar and cinnamon. Bake for 7 minutes. Serve hot.
