Beef & Sweet Potato Curry image

I found this recipe on the internet. I enjoyed it tremendously. I was asked to post the recipe so here it is. Preparation and cooking time I gave are appropriate because I didn't time it when I cooked this dish.

This curry was a complete disaster. The flavors didn't work well together and the beef was overcooked.

The beef in this curry was a bit tough. I think I should have cooked it for longer.

This curry was a bit too sweet for my taste. I would have preferred it if there was less sweet potato.

I found that the curry was a bit bland. I added some extra garam masala and cumin, and it really improved the flavor.

This curry was a bit too spicy for my taste, but I still enjoyed it. I'll be sure to use less chili powder next time.

This beef and sweet potato curry was a hit with my family! The flavors were rich and complex, and the beef was fall-apart tender. I will definitely be making this again.
