I couldn't find a recipe on here for beer batter hushpuppies so I found this one at cooks.com. The beer makes them so light and fluffy inside and they taste great!

Steps:
- 1. Mix all ingredients together and add enough beer to make a stiff batter. drop by spoonfuls into hot oil. deep fry at 325 or pan fry on med hi until golden brown
