Beer Battered Tilapia image

I just started cooking Tilapia lately. I never even heard of the fish until my uncle introduced me to it; it has a good taste and healthy for you to. I hope you all like the recipe.

Number Of Ingredients 5

1 - 2 lb tilapia -- or fish of your choice
1 can(s) coors light
2 c corn meal
2 Tbsp tony chachere's creole seasoning
canola oil

Steps:

  • 1. Let your fish soak in beer for at least 2 hours.
  • 2. Mix your Seasoning and Corn Meal.
  • 3. Shake excess beer off and roll in batter.
  • 4. Fry fish in pr-heated oil on medium heat until crispy.
