Banana, berries, fresh apricots, chia seeds, and protein powder blended with almondmilk make a quick and filling breakfast or snack.

½ banana
1 cup mixed frozen berries
2 fresh apricots, pitted
1 tablespoon chia seeds
1 scoop protein powder
