Time 1h

Number Of Ingredients 9

4 large bananas, sliced
2 lb sliced strawberries
2 can(s) pineapple tidbits, reserve juice
2 pt fresh rasberries
2 pt fresh blueberries
2 can(s) canned mandarin oranges, drained
2 can(s) canned peach chunks, drained
1 bunch seedless grapes, sliced in half
1 pkg instant vanilla pudding

Steps:

  • 1. Drain pineapple and add pudding mix to juice.
  • 2. Stir to combine until mixed well and set aside.
  • 3. Prepare fruit and combine in a LARGE bowl, adding bananas last to avoid browning. [I usually give the bananas a quick soak in lemon juice water]. This makes quite a bit.
  • 4. Pour pudding and juice mixture over all and combine well. Chill and serve.

The fruit salad was good, but the dressing was a bit bland. I would add a little more honey or lemon juice next time.

This fruit salad was a bit too sweet for my taste, but it was still good.

I'm not a big fan of fruit salad, but this one was actually really good! The different fruits complemented each other well, and the dressing was just sweet enough.
