- Drain pineapple, reserving 1 tablespoon juice. Combine all fruit in a large bowl; cover and chill. , In a small bowl, combine reserved pineapple juice and dressing ingredients; mix well. Cover and chill. Spoon dressing over fruit or toss just before serving.
