Best Green Salad image

1 batch pale endive
1 batch watercress
1 batch butter lettuce
1 batch frisée
1 batch endive
1 batch minced shallots bathed in cold water
1 cup sherry vinaigrette
1 tablespoons honey
1 tablespoons warm water
1 batch Love

Steps:

  • Wash each of the five varieties of lettuce in three different temperatures of water. Make vinaigrette, and layer in between lettuce (don't toss).
  • combine lettuce, and layer vinaigrette
