Big Apple Martini image

I discovered this recipe on the Upper West Side at a swanky bar. This will be the new 'in' drink! A Lady apple makes a great garnish if you can find one.

1 cup crushed ice
6 fluid ounces vodka
1 fluid ounce apple jack
1 dash Calvados

Steps:

  • In a mixing glass, combine crushed ice, vodka and applejack brandy. Stir and strain into 2 chilled cocktail glasses. Top with a splash of Calvados, garnish with a lady apple and serve.
