The crust on this pie was a bit tough. I think I would have rolled it out thinner next time.

This pie was a bit too sweet for my taste. I think I would have preferred it with less sugar in the filling.

I followed the recipe exactly and my pie turned out great! The crust was crispy and the filling was creamy and flavorful. My only complaint is that it didn't make enough for my family of four. Next time I'll double the recipe.

This recipe is a keeper! The pie crust was flaky and buttery, and the filling was creamy and tangy. I added a pinch of nutmeg to the filling, which gave it a warm, autumnal flavor. My family loved it!
