2 cups Bisquick baking mix
1/3 cup milk
1 egg
1 teaspoon vanilla
3 tablespoons sugar
1 teaspoon cinnamon

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 425.
  • Mix together all ingredients well.
  • Take large rounded tablespoons of mixture and drop onto a non--greased pan.
  • Bake for 10-12 minutes.
