I just found this one today and like that it's super quick and uses vegetable oil (I like staying away from solid fats). I used it to make pancakes. I needed more milk than usual but they were by far the best "from scratch" pancakes I've ever made.

[email protected]I wasn't impressed with this recipe. The pancakes were dense and dry. I followed the recipe exactly, so I'm not sure what went wrong.

[email protected]These pancakes were a hit with my family! They were so easy to make and tasted just like the Bisquick pancakes I remember from my childhood. I love that this recipe uses simple ingredients that I always have on hand. I will definitely be making these

[email protected]I've tried this Bisquick clone recipe several times now and it has become my go-to pancake mix. The pancakes are light and fluffy, with a slightly crispy exterior. The flavor is spot-on and reminds me of the classic Bisquick pancakes I grew up with.
