BLACK RUSSIAN CAKE image

Number Of Ingredients 12

1 package yellow cake mix
1/2 cup sugar
1 package vanilla instant pudding ( 4 1/2 oz. size )
1 cup oil ( canola or the like )
4 eggs
1/3 cup + vodka
1/3 cup + Kahlua
1/4 cup water
1 large hanful chocolate chips ( approximately 2/3 bag )
GLAZE
1/2 cup powder sugar
1/3 cup Kahlua

Steps:

  • Grease Bundt pan ( Bakers Joyis excellent for this ) and set oven to 350. Mix everything together except for the glaze. Bake: 50 - 60 minutes until a toothpick comes out dry. Cool for 10 minutes. Turn out onto a cake plate, poke holes in the cake and pour the glaze over it. Cover tightly and refrigerate. Will last up to a month. Serve with vanilla ice cream or flavored whipped cream.
