Steps:
- Grease Bundt pan ( Bakers Joyis excellent for this ) and set oven to 350. Mix everything together except for the glaze. Bake: 50 - 60 minutes until a toothpick comes out dry. Cool for 10 minutes. Turn out onto a cake plate, poke holes in the cake and pour the glaze over it. Cover tightly and refrigerate. Will last up to a month. Serve with vanilla ice cream or flavored whipped cream.
