This recipe was a hit! The brie was perfectly melted and gooey, and the pastry was flaky and golden brown. I served it with a side of grapes and crackers, and it was a great way to start our party.

This was a delicious and easy appetizer to make. The brie was creamy and flavorful, and the pastry was flaky and buttery. I used a store-bought puff pastry sheet, which made it even easier. I would definitely make this again.
